Clarkston State Bank has appointed attorney Gregory L. Wysocki to its Board of Directors. Greg is Chief Executive Officer at Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C. A graduate of University of Detroit School of Law and Boston University, he has extensive experience in the area of business and corporate law, including planning, negotiating and implementing various types of merger and acquisition transactions and recapitalizations. Additionally, he is the firm’s representative to Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW), a global association of more than 100 independent law firms located in major commercial centers throughout the world.
The bank has stated that they have continued to diversify their board with the goal of adding individuals who can bring knowledge in different disciplines, as well as affiliations that will contribute to the bank’s growth. They are excited to add Greg to their board and look forward to his contributions.
