Summary Disposition obtained on behalf of The Salvation Army

On September 23, 2016, on behalf of The Salvation Army Central Territory Headquarters (in Chicago, Illinois), attorney John Below argued and won summary disposition in favor of the Army and against the plaintiff, Right Rate LLC, a cell phone “cost consulting” firm, which had claimed significant contract damages against The Salvation Army Central Territory. The Judgment in favor of the Army saved potential damages in excess of $500,000 and allowed the client to save fees and costs.
