Profile & Practice Areas
Joe Sadler has a deep and broad background in litigation, primarily on behalf of manufacturers, insurance companies, fashion brands and banks. He has litigated insurance coverage/bad faith disputes, trademark and copyright infringement lawsuits, Lanham Act/false advertising claims, and commercial contracting matters in state and federal courts nationwide. He has also been on the cutting edge of privacy, defamation and anti-harassment law on behalf of business litigants, seeking to protect them in court from stalkers, cyber-bullies and other harassing presences.
In addition, Joe also acts as a business counselor for his clients, particularly in the area of insurance procurement and risk management. He also provides advice on commercial contracting, licensing and compliance matters, and acts as liaison to state regulators and authorities.
Sometimes, the best way to avoid litigation is by improving your contracts, processes and practices on the front end. But, once litigation has started, an experienced and steady hand is needed, one that is not afraid to see the case through trial if necessary. Joe strives to serve his clients’ needs throughout this process, with a single goal in mind – fixing problems in the most cost-effective way possible.
