Mentoring and Training
Kotz Sangster Wysocki P.C. encourages individuality and creativity, and we are committed to the education and growth of our lawyers. We believe that the proper training and development of our associates is critical to the long-term success of our firm. Each new associate is assigned a mentor to help with the associate’s integration into the firm. Junior level associates work with senior associates and partners to develop professional skills. We believe in giving associates significant authority in handling matters as soon as they are capable of assuming increased responsibility.
