Minority Business Enterprises
As the nation’s business community recognizes the benefits of formal, substantive minority owned business enterprise (“MBE”) or woman owned business enterprise (“WBE”) relationships, we offer experience and expertise in representing minority-owned, woman-owned, and majority-owned companies.
We have assisted in the following:
- Public and/or private sector business opportunities
- Certification requirements
- Application reviews.
In the private sector, the most widely recognized MBE certification program is conducted through the regional and statewide affiliates of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (“NMSDC”), a non-profit organization. Our team has experience in working with the NMSDC and its regional and state affiliates to obtain MBE certification. Similarly, we are experienced with the requirements of the WBE certifying agencies, as well as those of the U.S. government for small and disadvantaged businesses.
