DOL releases Required FFCRA Poster

On March 25, 2020, the Department of Labor (DOL) released the required Families First Coronavirus Response Act notification poster. The poster can be found here.

Additionally, the DOL released a Q&A regarding the poster, which can be found here.

We anticipate further guidance from the DOL prior to April 1, 2020 the effective date of the FFCRA, which will be provided as it becomes available.
