David Barbour brings extensive transactional real estate experience to clients in a wide variety of issues including:
- Representing numerous clients in the purchase, sale and operation of hospitality properties including financing, franchising and licensing, and liquor license transfers
- Representing governmental clients in the purchase of major downtown Detroit office buildings
- Negotiating and drafting industrial, commercial, retail and office building leases for both landlords and tenants
- Successfully prosecuting real property tax appeals resulting in significant tax refunds for clients and marked reduction in the taxable value of commercial properties
David also has also devoted a significant portion of his practice to labor and employment law, including:
