Evan Lumley brings more than ten years of litigation and discovery management expertise to Kotz Sangster. Prior to joining the firm, Evan practiced with a prominent defense firm in New York, where he became an integral team member and evolved into a respected litigator, consistently helping his clients achieve positive results. Evan’s experience spans across many different practice areas including those related to criminal, family, and administrative law cases, as well as complex commercial litigation. He also has experience at the appellate level, and has handled matters related to business formation, lease negotiation, and real estate.
Leveraging his prior experience, Evan effectively represents the firm’s clients in every phase of litigation, from fact investigation through trial. He has quickly become an expert in the field of eDiscovery, allowing him to capably and cost-effectively help the firm’s clients gain an important tactical advantage.
