Douglas Medonis supports the firm’s Estate Planning and Tax Practice Group, concentrating on document analysis and drafting, with specific attention to sophisticated estate and asset protection plans, particularly in conjunction with wealth transfer and estate planning matters. He is involved in all aspects of probate proceedings and estate and trust administration. Doug is experienced in corporate and real estate law, providing administrative support for entity formations and filings, and real estate transfers.
Doug has over 30 years of experience in estate planning and probate law. He has been a member of the Paralegal / Legal Assistant Section of the State Bar of Michigan since 1995, and a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section since 2005.
