Michael Sapick brings eight years of litigation experience to Kotz Sangster. During that time, he has become a master in pre-trial strategy whose exceptional skills have consistently led to successful outcomes for his clients. Whether it has been through discovery-related matters, courtroom advocacy, or while working toward a case’s final resolution, Michael has established himself as a skilled advocate and has earned the respect of peers and opponents alike. His primary focus is construction litigation and his extensive experience in complex litigation has made him an asset to the firm’s construction team.
Michael is a graduate of both the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and the Michigan State University College of Law. During his academic career, he received University Honors, Jurisprudence Awards, and Dean’s List recognition multiple times. Outside of law, Michael is a lifelong cinephile who enjoys frequent trips to the movie theater. He also spends his free time weight training, which has been a passion of his for over a decade.
