Scot’s expertise extends to guiding vital company decisions within the realms of privacy and data protection, intellectual property licensing, corporate law, software, and other commercial agreements.
Additionally, Scot has deep experience in the world of commercial real estate. He has represented big-box retailers in large commercial real estate developments, as well as a REIT with an extensive portfolio of commercial office properties. In the automotive space, he was the in-house real estate expert for a portfolio of over 150 automotive dealerships, where he led leasing and acquisition transactions across the United States.
