The Kotz Sangster team returned to Belle Isle Beach for the 8th annual Motor City Mile Open Swim, hosted by Swim Across America in Detroit. Our team of swimmers included attorney Ed Boucher, his son Noah Boucher, attorney Doug Eyre and legal assistant Carolyn Wood. They swam alongside more than 150 participants and volunteers, supporting research to improve cancer treatment.
Litigation surrounding a breach of contract is rarely as simple as it may superficially seem. While the breach itself can be cause for legal action, it does not take into account the additional torts endured by the plaintiff resulting from it.
