Haley Clough, one of the attorneys in our Grand Rapids office, is actively involved with the Rental Property Owners Association (RPOA) in Grand Rapids, meeting and presenting to the membership regularly.
On September 23rd, 2020 she sat down to record a chat with Clay Powell, the Director of the RPOA, about the latest news on evictions and funding sources in Michigan. During their discussion they cover topics ranging from changes to current court eviction procedures to specific applications of the CDC’s moratorium for evictions.
