Robert B. Goldi serves as the firm’s Financial Services Practice Group Leader and has extensive experience representing both providers and users of capital on a broad variety of commercial and structured matters, including:
- Secured transactions
- Bank loan and credit agreements involving both real and personal property
- Leveraged and single investor leasing, including bank leasing company entity formation and structure
- Securitizations and other structured financings
Rob actively represents banks and other financial service providers with:
- General corporate matters
- Loan documentation/review
- Workouts
- Consultation
- Acquisition and disposition of accounts
- Loan and lease portfolios and compliance with a broad range of Financial Service Laws and Regulations
As a member of the Corporate Transactional Practice Group, Rob provides general consultation to all forms of business entities, with particular emphasis on corporate acquisitions, asset sales and the formation of business enterprises.
