Profile & Practice Areas
Keith J. Soltis serves as managing director of the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office. He concentrates his practice in health care law, specifically corporate and transactional issues, fraud and abuse analysis and advice, and third party reimbursement issues.
Keith has substantial experience in planning, negotiating and implementing various merger and acquisition transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. He also regularly provides general corporate services and advice to various health care providers, including large group practices, ambulatory surgery centers and various non-hospital providers.
In the course of representing physicians in general corporate matters, Keith provides consulting and advice regarding the significant regulatory issues that must be navigated by group practices and other health care providers.
